Upgrading a subscription results in prorated charges. This means when upgrading, we will charge the price of the upgrade for the remaining period of the billing cycle minus the remaining value of your old plan.

For example, if you upgrade from a $10/month to a $20/month subscription halfway through the billing period, we will charge you as follows: 10$ (remaining value new subscription) - $5 (remaining value old subscription) = $5 new charges.

Downgrading a subscription results in prorated charges. When downgrading to different plan, we will charge the price of the downgrade for the remaining period of the billing cycle minus the remaining value of your old plan.

For example, if you downgrade from a $20/month to a $10/month subscription halfway through the billing period, we will charge you as follows: $5 (remaining value new subscription) - $10 (remaining value old subscription) = -$5. This negative charge will be used as credits for your next billing cycle. In case you choose the cancel your plan, remaining credits will not be refunded.

As far as we are concerned, the script or story remains entirely yours. However, governments all over the world haven't fully caught up with the new trend of generative AI.
